I oversee as a leader the Design & Research practice at Neon but my impact extends to Product Org and People Org. Neon is a digital banking fintech focused on unbanked population it has 20M clients and raised 300M in our last round in 2022, valued in 1.6B. Refreshed the company culture, shifted product direction and redesigned the product from ground up.

I was at Google for almost a decade. Led launch of 0–billions products: Files by Google, Camera Go, Android TV data saver. Helped to launch Google My Business, Google+, Spaces, Who's Down, YouTube Go. Led Orkut. Led startup-like teams, distributed in US, Brazil, India and Singapore.

I grew up in a rough neighborhood in Brazil, and was the first in my family to go to college. I attended Design School and earned my Masters in the University that incubated the first startup that Google acquired outside US: UFMG.
I started in Product Design in the year 2000 I co-founded a Startup in Brazil that built a food delivery product in desktop era, a web radio and a SMS broadcaster. I became the CEO of that company and we later got acquired by Dentsu. Later I started Voël, an UX Consultancy.
