Designers as strategic partners
Designers must understand the business and its value proposition to contribute to the strategy. To create meaningful products, it's crucial to consider not just how we do it, but also what we do and why. Being closer to users places designers in a privileged position to identify opportunities.
Create magic
We live in a world full of mediocre products and services. Ideas are nothing without great execution. I believe greatly crafted design can provide delight and a sparkle of magic. Every detail matter!
Craft things that people love (fast)
In our industry speed is often not a choice, but a need. The best way to launch successful products is to get hypothesis out of the door and test with real users. I believe it's possible to balance quality and speed, delivering products that are delightful and loved by billions. Better products means business longevity.
Inclusive products are better
When you design for everyone, you're building a better product. Thinking about accessibility and underserved customers is essentially building a more reliable and delightful product that everyone will come back to it and establish a strong connection.
